I’m supplying an update to my earlier assessment. In general I’ve been really pleased with Smith.ai, but currently An increasing number of phone calls will Smith.ai’s voicemail or not currently being picked up whatsoever. I take advantage of CallRail on our backend and might see whole phone metrics and obtain recordings of all phone calls. I�
